Excellent quality
Love, love this keyboard and mouse!! It’s super easy to set up and so very nice to use. It’s quiet, doesn’t require a lot of pressure for key response, and the mouse is super quiet too. Both pieces of equipment give advance notice when charging is required, but honestly I’m surprised at how long it lasts between charges. I didn’t know what to expect, but it goes literally MONTHS between needing to charge and that is with daily, full 8+ hour usage. Additionally, not only does it feel great to type with and is made from quality materials, but the customer service that comes with it is top notch as well. I had my keyboard/mouse for over a year and the space bar started sticking. I emailed the seller to ask about best cleaning practices and followed their suggestions. Unfortunately the space bar continued to periodically stick or require extra pressure to work. The seller proactively offered to replace the keyboard - I didn’t even have to ask! I was prepared to buy a new one, so it was such a nice surprise to get a replacement shipped and received the very next day. It really means a lot to know that a company will absolutely stand behind a product, but even better to know that the product itself is really nice and very enjoyable to use! I would highly recommend purchasing this combo if you’re reading this review to help make a decision.

Really like this combo...what I like/what i learned
I've only had this keyboard/mouse combo for a few days and can tell this is "five stars" for me.Here is what i like and what i learned:1. The nano receiver is plugged in to my docking station and i can swap between two computers and the keyboard/mouse just work as expected with the connected computer. (See config info below.)2. The nano reciever is tucked away in a compartment in the mouse...you might think its where batteries might go. Took me a few mins to find it. (No. I dont read instructions first.)3. The keyboard and mouse go to sleep mode to save battery life. Just tap any key to wake up keyboard, and click button to wake up mouse.4. The scroller on the mouse works just as expected and it is nice and smooth.5. The keyboard is super thin and has a nice slope to top of keyboard. The buttons are quiet and have a good feel to them.6. The mouse is symmetrical (left to right), so you can use it with either hand. This is great for me becasue i use mouse with my left hand. (Many mouses are designed for the right hand.)7. I never heard of Arteck before and was concerned that this combo would feel cheap/flimsy because of the lower price (compared to Logitech). Not the case, this combo has a really great feel and the quality seems to be good.8. My main purchase criteria was: a) a single nano receiver for both keyboard/mouse that i could plug in to docking station, b) an ambidextrous mouse, c) thin keyboard with minimal size, d) full set of keys on keyboard (including keypad). This hit all my criteria.I'm really happy with this purchase.About my configurationI use the keyboard/mouse at my desk for two different Windows laptops: a Dell (for work) and a Surface (for personal use). i have a docking station with wired ethernet, camera, speakers, two displays, uses a USB-C connection to computer. This lets me quickly swap computers but have all of my devices connected.Adding a bluetooth keyboard/mouse to this config is messy as i would always need to manually swap the bluetooth connection to the laptop i want to use at the time. The nano receiver means the keyboard/mouse are always connected to the computer that is connected to the docking station. i swap the computers multiple times per day and the keyboard/mouse just work as expected.I plugged the nano reciever in to a USB-A port on the docking station, turned the power on both keyboard and mouse, plugged in one of the laptops and moments later the driver was installed and keyboard and mouse were operational. Unplugged first laptop from dock, plugged in second laptop, driver installed and keyboard and mouse were operational. Literally took 2 minutes after i opened the box and found nano reciever (in secret compartment in mouse).

Good Keyboard and Mouse for Home Use
I worried this wouldn't work well but it does. I hate all the wires my computer invites! What I love with this is that I always have either the keyboard or mouse plugged in and they never loose charge, but I don't have to have both. Really, I could have neither, but I'm afraid of losing the cable. It is easier and nicer than the wired system. They function well, the keyboard is sturdy, and the keys on it are easy to manipulate. It connected well to the bluetooth.I have not detected a lag with the keyboard, but sometimes the mouse is off for a second or so.

UPDATE: Decent Keyboard, Good Customer Service
I'm fine with everything about the keyboard (design, comfort, etc.) with the exception of the battery life. From my experience (using this for nearly a year) the battery life is not nearly as long as the product description states.Per the description, the battery should last 360 hours of continual use (6 months * 30 days * 2 hrs/day). To put that in perspective, this is 15 days of non-stop use. I'm running into issues of needing to charge the keyboard after a week or less of non-continual use. I might use the keyboard for 3-4 hours a day but I make sure to turn it off to save the battery. So I'm getting a grand total of maximum 30 hours use before I have to recharge, significantly less than advertised. It should be noted that I'm only charging the keyboard when I have to. In other words, I wait until I can't stand the side effects of not charging it (e.g. delayed responses, does not register my keystrokes, stops copying/pasting, etc.) meaning that the keyboard is only working without issues for less than 30 hours.I don't want to have to charge the keyboard every few days of use, it's not what I was expecting when I purchased it. It is annoying as it disrupts my work and I have to find an alternative keyboard while I wait for this one to charge. I'm too late to return it (otherwise I would), but I'm looking for a different option because this one just doesn't cut it.UPDATE: I reached out to the seller once I remembered the warranty. Almost a year later they honored it and sent me a new keyboard (via a redemption code used on Amazon so I got it within two days). They also were very helpful at providing instructions on how to connect it with the receiver for my mouse (I got the mouse combo originally but the mouse never had problems). Later on someone else at the company saw my initial review and offered a refund (which I declined as they had already sent a new keyboard). With the great customer service and the fact that the keyboard itself is good for the price range, I increased my rating from 3 to 5 stars.
