This item is packaged well and arrived in good shape. The issues would be that there aren't enough straw cleaners for each straw (the picture only shows 6 for the 12pack ordered) and those items are not packaged individually. Still I had read previous reviews that stated such and the overall product is good and the price is reasonable, so I will still give 5 stars.

I bought two of these for my parents for Christmas and they love them! Took a bit for them to get used to using a cup for coffee without a handle, but loved how long it kept their coffee hot for and also, since both of them prefer using honey to add as a sweetener, and drink using a straw, these cups come with a metal drinking straw accompanying them. They were more than happy with this extra accessory and the brush that was included to clean them. It keeps their hot drinks hot and they're cold drinks cold for a very long time and is a wonderful gift for anyone for their birthday or for Christmas or any other holiday you could think of. They come in a great variety of colors as well. The price is unbelievably affordable considering the quality and accessories. I highly recommend this product!

These are great for our patio and camper. Nice quality and holds a glass of wine or cocktail.

Got these as party favors for a bachelorette party, and everyone loved them! They are sturdy, cute, and come with straws. The only bummer is it only came with 2 straw cleaners for 4 tumblers.

The media could not be loaded.  I have 2 of these. My husband's the turquoise and mine is purple. We also have a yellow wine thermal bottle. We take these to beach or to our pool and they look so colorful. Most importantly our wine or drinks are kept cold. We put them in the freezer ahead of time before adding the drinks. It's the perfect size to handle and to take with you. We absolutely love them!

I like these because they don't break. They are comfortable in my hand and keeps the adult beverage at the proper temperature.

These are great wine/beverage tumblers - I especially love the rose coloured tumblers. Wait until they come on sale, in which case the price is also good!
