I bought two of these for my Sony Cyber-shot so I could charge one battery while I film video with the other. It charges fast and keeps the charge better than most for the price. This may partly be a function of the great design of the Cyber-shot as I haven't tried the battery in any other camera.

These come labelled 500mAh, which is less than the 680mAh capacity of what comes with the Sony camera, though I can't detect any difference in use.The information channel (how many minutes remaining) works, where it does not in the original Sony battery, a plus.

Battery came fully charged but the 680 Mah rating is much lower than the Sony. OEM for the DSC-T70 is a 2.4 Kah (2400 Mah) rating. Be advised that the description for this replacement pack doesn't state this Mah rating.What can you say, you get what you pay for & you could by six of these & still come out ahead.

Seriously though. I bought it as an extra battery for my cybershot not really knowing what to expect as it is priced so much cheaper than others, and it has worked perfectly so far. On my two week trip to Ireland, I it lasted 2 days with heavy shooting before needing charge. It also shows battery percentage left in the charge =HUGE PLUS. I have to admit, I wasn't expecting much, but was ultimately impressed.

I don't get it. This product has a very high rating, which is why I purchased it for my Sony Cybershot DSC T-90 camera, but my camera detects that this battery isn't a Sony battery and won't operate with this battery in it. I have bought non-Sony batteries for this camera before, so I don't know why this particular battery won't work, but - buyer beware, if you have a DSC T-90, it may not work for you.

It a great price and a great deal! I sreach high and low for this kind of battery for my camera. Because due to the old battery that doesn't work anymore, it was a upset thing to happen, espically when you needed to take a important pictures. But Amazon have just what I needed, great price and great deal. You just got to love amazone price!- Theresa Y.

This does not meet my expectations. After fully charged it hardly works for 1 hr. and even if you just view the photos and it goes so quickly.

Battery did not work with my Sony T90 camera although xref lists said it was the right one. Good vendor, they refunded money immediately upon notification that it did not work with my camera.
