Great for recovery
I have been recovering from muscular tension dysphonia since December 2018 and have been looking for ways to get my throat feeling strong and robust again. The videos are clear and easy to follow with progressions whichever stage your at and the tubes themselves are great quality and very durable . I am using these for a warm up before gigs and also on other days to build strength and endurance and so far as really pleased with the results!
