Just what I wanted! I tried the spicy base from another brand, Little Sheep, but this is the right one for me.Warning, it’s quite spicy so not for the faint of heart, but really good flavor.With this, I feel we can make hot pot just as good at home as at the restaurant.

The spicy level is good enough for people love spicy.

Delicious not too spicy but it does have some spice. I enjoyed it very much but others at the party couldn’t handle it.

I am happy to find a great hotpot base. I tried many of them and this one

I put this in broth fondue and whole family LOVES it!!

This was just alright. Very spicy and not in the way restaurant quality base is. Usually there's sort of a zing to spicy hotpot base but it isn't strong here. If you're going to spend this much money on a base Little Sheep is much cheaper and comes more highly recommended.

Very spicy but too greasy. 228 g of sodium but was missing something. While I am not an expert at Shabu, this did not really hit it with me.
