Damaged and Broken product delivered.
With high anticipation on quality I ordered this Branded HOME TOWN Wardrobe from Amazon. As a diwali purchase we were excited to have ordered something good from good brand and a good site like Amazon. And it turned into sheer disappointment. Damaged and yet clevery masked items got delivered at my place.On inspection I found that all the damaged areas were clevery hidden using masking tape. I realised this only after seeing small tapes on multiple areas and when I removed them , I was shocked to see they were not there for just cosmetic reason but for hiding the damages behind them. Even the color of tape was so deceiving that someone would hardly notice them.Strange experience from both the big brands, Amazon and Hometown . Unexpected too.

Good quality @reasonable cost. Excellent carpenter Mr. Pradip from Nagpur...only issue is regarding delivery.....Only the issue is openings are there from the doors helping dust to enter easily. Also locking system is very poor. Wood is very thin.

Cheap Plastic Accessories
The look is Excellent, don't get carried away with this, the Accessories are Cheap Third Class and made of Plastic, this is a real Shame. Some of the Parts to Assemble this Wardrobe were missing, a bottom support is bigger that the other, so couldn't use it, it's a waste now, this is carelessness, all this is Not checked before shipping, contacted Amazon about this, but they can only help to cancel the order and get a refund....

Pathetic Assembly Service
Please Don't buy the product from Amazon, They will promise you the assembly within 2 days of Delivery. But they will give all sort of excuses. I'm waiting for more than a month after delivery and no assembly was done. The Assembly guys ask for extra money to be paid even if Amazon says its free delivery.As a product it looks fine, but I cannot guess before assembling anything , I. think I need to assemble myself.
