I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase of the Vive 3 Wheel Motor Scooter for my father! Not only is the scooter itself excellent, but the customer service has been top-notch. Unfortunately, the armrest was misplaced during my flight , but the seller went above and beyond to send a replacement armrest for free! Their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue were impressive. The scooter itself is sturdy, easy to maneuver, and provides a comfortable ride. My father is thrilled with his new mobility, and I'm grateful for the seller's exceptional service. Highly recommend this product and the seller's outstanding customer care!

Very easy to set up, runs great!

Great Seller. Fast Shipping. I bought this scooter for my mom because she has problems walking. Their anniversary is this weekend and she was complaining about having to walk at their event. So we were considering renting a wheelchair or something and I was looking at the price of some of the mobility scooters to rent and I thought the rental prices were somewhat ridiculous. For that and a little more money I could purchase one. After all this is my mom and she's worth every penny. But knowing her she wouldn't want me to bust my budget so I looked at one on another website and started to buy it because they said if would be there by the fifth. After I bought it, now its says it wouldn't be there until Monday, which was too late. I cancelled it and found this company on Amazon and I was happy to see they were based in Florida since I live in Jacksonville and its stated they deliver Florida faster.I contacted them on Sunday not expecting a response until Monday/Tuesday and a nice person responded that they wanted to help me. They said if I ordered today which was Sunday it would go out in 1-2 days. They must of sent it out immediately the next day, because it arrived today and I very happy I received it in more than enough time for my parents anniversary.Now for the product itself. I haven't yet tried it out. I was able to put it together without too much trouble using videos and the instructions. It was a little frustrating put the seat together because I couldn't get the pole to lock like stated in the guide and the video. I finally had to put it together following another video. They probably need to look into syncing their videos and their instruction guide. I know I saw at least two different videos and the people were putting it together the way they wanted which was different than what was in the instruction guide. I probably took me a hour to put it together. I have it charging now and I am anxious to see how well it works.

So far this is a great little scooter except for one thing.....The Seat!! it's like a rock, so hard no cushion feeling at all. Thankfully I only use it for trips so I'll look for something to use for extra comfort, but beware if you need to sit on it for long periods then look at a different brand.

As you can see from the most recent reviews quality has dropped. The speed of the scooter dropped to from 4.1 to 3,7, and everything on the 2nd scooter i bought was made of noticeably lesser quality. Not only that, but they don’t address your issues. If the battery dies quickly, they blame it on the hills or other terrain issue they can find. My first battery from this company lasted two years with the first scooter. Then 3 months when i bought the second scooter. They charged $150 for second battery that didn’t last but a few months. I hear they are $250 now! You can replace them yourself! You don’t need a whoever case that they sell you. Just get someone who is mechanically inclined. It’s relatively easy., Get you batteries from anyone but this place. I believe ownership switched from American to foreigners which is when quality in service dropped. The price should have gone down along with the quality. My feedback, NEVER BUY THIS PRIDUCT AGAIN!

This is a compact mobility scooter that makes getting around easy. You don't need a special lift to load your scooter. This scooter comes apart into four different sections. The heaviest section is 29 pounds. The seat swivels allowing you to easily get on or off in either direction. The tiller is adjustable up or down for your comfort. The seat height has four different adjustment levels. The armrests move up and out of the way when you are getting on or off. There are LED headlamps and a horn. It comes with a basket and there is even a small pouch on the back of the seat where you can store the battery charger. The instructions were very easy to use. They guide you through each step. Setup - out of the box and testing took about 10 minutes. Instructions have colorful detailed pictures that guide you through each step, and included a link that takes you through the complete setup process.DOWNSIDE: the seat is not as comfortable as other scooters. They could have used a little more padding in the seat and back areas. The base could have been slightly longer for more comfort. The armrests are not adjustable for height.OVERALL: If you are looking for a scooter to do shopping, sightseeing, or other part time activities this is an excellent choice.
