Update #4 i have been given a refund after the return date and no mention of return of defective item, so ill have to say although disappointed about the gauge, the customer service whether through Maso or amazon i am satisfied. The support from maao seemed genuinely concerned but was not easy to communicate with them nor prompt......but im good and hooefully they will improve.Update # 2, got email 2 days later of them understanding how urgent my issue was but have yet to hear back after they requested pics of problem, its pretty self explainitory and refuse to send a pic. Its a waste of my time for them to not acknowledge a broken wire is a broken wire, itll get sent back with the tach. So not only that but i forgot what an inconveinence this has caused me. Not only did i have to go buy another tach, i had to buy all new mechanical gauges for the water temp, oil temp, oil pressure and fan temp switch......because of one fricken wire that i would of fixed myself, but the way they built tach is vacuum/press fitted bezel , so that if you try and remove bezel it will be destroyed and then the glass cant be put back on.....so pissed right now, not mention the EXTRA $ 150 I HAD TO SPEND ON NEW GAUGES !!!! NOT HAPPYUPDATE: I AM JUST NOW GETTING READY TO USE TACH AND BEFORE I COULD USE IT THE HOT WIRE (RED) CAME OUT FROM SOLDER JOINT AND IS UNUSABLE....NOT SUCH A BIG DEAL EXCEPT IVE WAITED TWO YEARS TO BREAK IN A $6000 MOTOR. THE ONLY WAY TO FIX IT IS TO DESTROY THE GLASS BEZEL, WHICH I DO NOT WANNA DO AND I NEED A TACH TOMORROW. I READ THE WARRANTY BY SELLER AND THEM THE ILL REVIEWS, WE SHALL SEE HOW THEY HANDLE THIS AND I WILL UPDATE.So i have not installed this yet, i will update after, pros were: it was made from metal not plastic, yes!Also was very fast looking with the font of numbers, i love the other gauges inside of the tach so that you can monitor important readings in your field of vision....came with most hardware and some instruction. Cons were: vague instructions, no wiring but sent all the connectors ???, The clear face is plastic, not glass so be careful not to scratch it......big let down!! All in all better then expected, hope it works as good as it looks...oh yeah this looks better when in person and also its huuuuge !! I didnt now how big 5" in diameter would be when on dash.....

1st of all 5in is HUGE on a cars dashboard... so large in fact that it didnt even fit - and my mechanic would not install it... he had to order something smaller to fit my cars dashboard so it was not so large...2nd. when you return the item - FYI you're responsible for returns - which I (foolishly on me) did not realize - and when I contacted the seller about it - they opted to tell me to keep the item and they will give me $3 back. THREE DOLLARS on a $50 product I COULDNT USE and would not give to anyone. Im pretty disappointed in the level of customer care. Don't buy from them - give your business to someone else.
