User guide for the BEST condom cath
As a hospital & ICU nurse, I got to try a lot of various brands, usually the cheapest ones. Hollister is the best. They require a little technique, but they are easy to put on, adhere well, kink less, and stay on longer than other brands without hurting the skin. My Dad was ill, & he needed these after he became too weak to use a urinal. This was the brand I looked for to buy for him.These stay on for 2 days for me, and sometimes three, but that is too long. First, wash the skin very well with soap & water, rinse well...no soap on the skin, then dry completely. I often let Dad air dry for a couple of hours, to give his skin a break. Then, place the tip of the condom over the tip of the penis, pull to straighten the penis a little & roll the condom up. Press around, so if there are gaps, they stick together & adhere well to the skin. Then, attach the tubing for the bag.You may need to trim hair, because that hurts if you get hair caught in the condom. I cut Dads hair very close...do not use a razor, please.Tape the tubing to the thigh, to keep it from pulling. Put your tape over the tubing, pinch the tape around the tubing so it sticks together, then put on the thigh. Your tape won’t slide out of the tape that way. Use 2 inch silk tape.

To short
If you have a micro pinis these might work ok but if you're longer than 2" that don't work so well. Plus the glue does not hold very long and pull off easily. Back to mentor caths for me!!

Does what it should do
While very convenient I do wish they would stick better. Over night and lots of movement they do come off. But I'll take it because they do work pretty well.

Sturdy product, works well. Best solution to stay dry and avoid accidents.

Never stays on
There’s some that are so much better. These never stay on. I end up with hours more in cleaning all urine that leaked every where. So frustrating
