This is my favorite b12 supplement, I first bought it for $20 at my local co-op, now I just buy it online Great stuff, and really works. I used to not feel so balanced and full of well being as i now do. In addition my vegetarian diet was not supplying me with enough b12. Now Im getting more than the so called meat eaters! I like to take this when I first wake up in the morning while im still in bed, and I place it under my front lip, it takes like 20-30 min to fully dissolve but it well mostly enter the bloodstream. Then I sometimes take a second sublingual and I might just place it underneath my tongue. I feel so much better, so much more joyous that I cant believe it was just this b12 that was causing so much inbalance in the body. This is one of the most significant supplements I have ever taken in my life, along with SAM-E and Vitamin D. I recommend you to buy some! Excellent purchase and I will be buying for years to come, really wish they had a 10,000MEthylcobalamin b12 :)

Reviews online helped me to choose this supplement upon researching which to try. My lab results proved it works for me. In only 3 months I eliminated my deficiency. My endocrinologist told me to get a B12 supplement when my lab result for B12 was 330 pg/mL in March. I took one pill sublingually each day from March through May. Lab result at the end of May was 681 pg/mL (only 3 months later). The lab results, ease of taking and my regular compliance (as it didn't taste bad) made it a perfect supplement. As I had such good results, I'm interested in this brand for additional supplement needs.

I was diagnosed as B12 deficient with a number of 163. After 6 months of injections, my numbers were only up to 505. My Dr decided to try me on supplements so I chose these based on my research. They were high dose, methyl B12. I have been on acid reducing medication for some time and was afraid regular pills may not get absorbed properly so I liked that these dissolve in your mouth.I take them on an empty stomach and let them dissolve on top of my tongue, not under. The taste is practically non-existent to me so it's not an issue. They dissolve quickly. After about 2 1/2 months of taking 1 a day in the manner I just described, I had blood work done to check my numbers. I stopped taking them about a week before getting the blood work done to be sure I got an accurate number. Imagine my shock when my B12 level was up to 1797! These tiny little pills did in less than 3 months what injections couldn't do in 6 months!Highly recommend these for anyone that is deficient, they really do work!

I have been using the 5000mcg for many years they have always been a dark red color as seen in photo. The new bottles I have been getting lately are no longer red, but almost white off pink with black dots. They also dont taste the same. No way these are the 5000mcg dose. I sent Natural Factors a email and waiting on response to this concern.

I had a twitch under my right eye for 2 years, 4 months. I was taking vitamin B complex, iron, vitamin d/calcium, and magnesium, but they didn’t work. After taking these tablets for a couple of weeks, the twitch stopped. A few months later my schedule was disrupted, I stopped taking my supplements for four days, and my eye twitch returned. After another several days of taking my supplements, the twitch went away again. It also seems to have eased my chronic fatigue somewhat.
