It's pretty expensive for salt water but i find it works better then medicated nose spray and it's probably better for you

This is always a go to for me. No miracles will ever happen when you use it, so don’t expect instant results.It’s a lubricating cleansing solution and you ‘dont’ sniff it in.Follow the instructions and Give it a week at least to start to feel the benefits of using a natural product.

Had nasal surgery to remove polyps and was told to rinse my nose regularly. This helps with that and it’s easy to use for a daily rinse.
