Even though it took longer to deliver these than I would have liked, the wait was worth it. My wife loves Black and White cookies and she gives these top marks for texture, flavor and freshness. We can buy a cookie in our local grocery store , but these were much better. I find the softness of the cookie makes it more cake like but I'll eat these no problem. Bottom line is keep the wife happy.

If you like B/W Cookies these are among the best. I have ordered them a few times before and they always arrive fresh and in great shape.I will continue to order them. I removed one star because of the price. If you live in a big city you should be able to access a facsimile of these.

I ordered these and they looked fantastic. They arrived unbroken and completely sealed. The date on the package said 06242023. So imagine my disappointment to find they had become moldy by April! I would've eaten them immediately had I known the date on the package meant nothing. They likely would have received a 5/5 stars if I'd been able to taste them.

Have bought these more than once after a family member sent them as a surprise. They do NOT last in our household because we all sneak and keep eating them up!

They taste pretty good, definitely sweeter than ones I've had before in NY. Nice and soft, and not crumbly. Lemon flavor is noticeable (I love lemon so I like them lemony).The packaging is really terrible. They were all smashed a little, icing stuck to the lid and some were stuck together. I get that B&W cookies are delicate and would obviously be difficult to ship and keep in pristine condition, but that perfect, smooth, evenly divided icing is part of the charm of this amazing cookie.Even though they weren't perfect, they are still better than most packaged cookies. Just not as amazing as a real B&W from a legit bakery.(I would have posted a photo, but 6 of them "disappeared" at my office almost instantly, so they're obviously popular)

Quite a few cookies came in this package, and it was too much for me. Fortunately I had people to share it with so it was okay. Just because of that I will not likely order again.The taste is pretty good, but for me the icing was too thick and a bit too sweet. Others will like that a lot I assume. The size of the cookie is pretty good too, as I would not want more that one because of the sweetness. Still, it was fun and added to the Christmas holiday.

I sent these to my sister . We always ate them at my grandmother's house in NYC. These were delicious and the small size makes you feel less guilty. They are the best!!!

There was a shocking number of cookies missing. Those that did show up looked awful. Broken in half, etc. For that price you think you get all of them.
