Can you use on old jockey wheel clamp

You can but I didn't want to leave the mover out in the elements when the box wasn't in use so much. I fitted a new 'gate' type clamp. Incidentally, we have quite a heavy EquiTrek box and it moves it like a feather.

will this work on a drive with chipping on and a 4 degree uphill slpoe

If by chipping you mean loose stones, I would say it might struggle. Mine works on a tarmac drive and uphill. Slipped on very wet grass. There is a knack with this jockey wheel. A caravan motor mover is the best option if your budget will stretch. Mine didn’t and I am happy with my compromised cheaper solution.

can i use this on my boat trailer which goes in the water so will be totaly submerged
