This is a great charger for the price (under $300). It charges quickly and suits my need perfectly. I’d buy it again.An update:I recently had to return my Besenergy 32amp L2 charger due to the LED screen failing (I bought it in Oct. 2019-it has a 2yr warranty). The charger worked fine otherwise.Let me tell you how it went:1) I wrote the company and they asked me to send it back.2) Once I mailed it, they wanted a picture of the shipping info. I sent it.3) They refunded the shipping instantly through Amazon.4) I mailed it to them on a Tuesday and had a new one by Thursday the same week.5) They sent the new one before they received the old one.

Love the product. It has been running like a solid work horse for the past few months. Charges my Chevy Bolt up in about 7 hours or a little more depending how low I really am. I also get the full 32 amps as advertised. I have had it charging out in the rain and it work great 👍. This is a must have if you have an EV. Also this was a great Value for the money considering it's 32 amps. The cord length is also perfect for the out I ran inside my garage to plug my car up outside.

As far as charging the car goes, it works very well with my 2020 Chevy Bolt. I purchased this charger about a year ago. I had the charger mounted to the wall in my garage, but after about 6 months the mounting holes have peeled off the back of the charger. They were attached to a plastic sheet that was glued to the back of the charger. There doesn't appear to be any exposed electronics and it still works fine to charge the car. Also would have liked the cord to be a few feet longer.Update 2024: The charger has failed and almost started a fire. The plug and wire into the charger began overheating and melted the receptacle. Would have started a fire if the problem was not discovered right away.

The first charger I ordered was a 16Amp. To fully charge my Pacifica, it took about 5 hours. I wondered why and did some research: the 32 amp chargers are the fastest Level 2 you can get, so I bought this one. I put a 240V outlet in my garage and hooked this charger up. Now it takes about 2 hours to charge the Pacifica from 0% to 100%. It reads the Voltage, Amps and how many KWh you put in your car. Love this charger and highly recommend it!

This is a solid and low cost charger that works with your car's charge timer. I tried another low cost charger and it did not work with my Bolt's charge timer, but this one does! Why pay more for a charger with built in timer when you can use the car's charge timer. Also, my wife thinks the handle to pull the plug out of the socket makes it super easy to use. Great product. Highly recommend.

So far so good. No internet connection needed. Easy installation and compact. Perfect solution for areas with weak internet access. A great option. Would purchase again.

I have used this power supply numerous times. It is simple to plug in and charge my Chevy Bolt. It is at least 10 times faster than the 120 Volt charger that came with the car. After using this product for about 6 months I noticed that the attached 14-50 plug gets extremely hot along with the adjacent 6 inches of the power cord. In addition I noticed that the control box itself is labeled 50 Hertz. Depending upon your research this may or may not be acceptable for electronic components. Regardless any electrical device sold in the United States is labeled for 60 Hertz or 50/60 Hertz. Upon contacting the manufacturer they basically stated that this unit was OK regardless of the Hertz label and that the heat could be my outlet. It is not my outlet. Therefore I changed my star rating. Bottom line I would hesitate purchasing this product again.

The pictures for this charger shows two different plug ends so I was unsure exactly what I would get. Fortunately I received the plug with the fully round prong and not the prong with the flat top. The charger so far has worked well and I like the digital display which shows useful charging information and the charging light indicating your vehicle is being charged. It comes with hooks so you can hang it on the wall to keep it out of the way and protected. It says it comes with a 3 year warranty and appears to be well made. I would recommend this charger.2021 UPDATE: The charger has been working well but a couple weeks ago it started tripping the breaker. My electrician believes it's the charger. I see in the Q&A to email for support but I don't see the email address listed.
