I've been meaning to get some decent kitchen scissors for a long time but couldn't justify the high price.So I ended up buying cheaper ones that just didn't last.After reading the reviews and doing some research I chose these and I love them.I hope they last. They cut meat well, and all other jobs in the kitchen I need them for.The guard is a great addition too.I would recommend these.Very good quality.

Kitchenaid is a trusted brand. Scissors are a good size and weight and are reasonably priced. Made short work of deboning chicken thighs and portioning a whole chicken plus usual jobs like snipping spring onions and herbs and cutting out lining paper for cake tins.
