What are the hinges made from "material of hinge:zinc alloy" or "stainless steel" ? can't be both.........

I believe them to be made it metal that has been chromed they are substantial and we are very pleased with the seat and the hinges

Hi you can buy universal fitting ,a pair of rubber fitting are pushed into the holes on the pan .then you push in the fitting that are fitted on the seat ,the fittings in the toilet bowl holds them tight .I bought them on Amazon ( smile Amazon if you want to help a charity ,Amazon gives them a donation.kate
