What do you use to clean and protect ?

I used Wheelers leather balm which is an excellent product, however this did make the shoes a darker shade of brown, I think that you can also get a spray on product that protects the leather and you can just clean with water and a soft brush.

Where are these made?

I thought I was buying British but like many companies they outsource their products and materials. That being said the walking shoes are well made and are very comfortable and waterproof. I’m very pleased with them.

Are these a wide fitting please?

I bought these shoes for my husband. He does have quite wide feet and, although they were slightly tight to start with, they loosened off after first wear and he now finds them extremely comfortable. The shoe is also true to size. He usually takes a size 8 which is just right for him in these shoes

Good, solid walking shoes at a good price

Really enjoying these - as others have said, they're is plenty of room at the toes. I've been buying another brand for years now but their prices have risen so much that they are no longer reasonable value for money. These are a clear replacement for me and I hope to keep coming back for more.

Very Comfortable!

I previuously had 2 consecutive years with Columbia Peakfreak Venture leather shoes. Unfortunately, this year I was unable to find the brown leather ones I had before, so took a chance on some material ones. They were comfy enough. But had a squeek when I walked..lol.. So, they had to go back and my confidence in the Columbia footwear shaken, because up until that point I would have repeatedly bought the same shoes agsin and again.I looked at lots of brown leather walking shoes, and opted for these Trepass ones.I must say , super comfy right out of the box. Spacious emough around the toes , and a nice width. Also great grip and quality laces.I wear these every day as my go to shoes. So far we're a couple of weeks in and still loving them.My top requirements for everyday shoes are...PRICE..ideally under £100. ✅️ COMFORT...super comfy ✅️QUALITY ..looking good so far ✅️GRIP.. super grippy on rocksWEAR QUALITY ..ongoing 😉Only dissapointment is that the trim has become unstuck at the front, but a quick trip to the shoe repairers for some glue is going to be acceptable.So far I would definately recommend them, even with the glue issue 😎

Walking shoes that fit like a glove.

Gave the shoes a 10 mile road,gravel path,riverside and uneven terrain workout yesterday and they passed with flying colours.No blistering/chaffing and the soles provided ample cushioning over rough ground. Still to fully test the waterproof claim,although any dampish ground covered resulted in tinder dry socks and feet.Very happy with purchase.

Great shoe, terrible delivery

Updating my review to 3 stars from 1 to reflect the fact that whilst these are great shoes and this is my second pair, the delivery process has been shocking.Apparently, the order was given the incorrect delivery number, and so the communications regarding progress updates have been impossible, and I was led to believe that the delivery was not due to come yesterday.I then queried this with Blacks, who advised me of the incorrect tracker number and said that I would have received the delivery, yesterday.Unfortunately, this was not the case and the delivery came today, again with conflicting communications that made it impossible to track, effectively.
