Q: We have twin toddlers - messy eaters - who’ve managed to get lots of stains on the table cloth that won’t come out with bleach spray. Any suggestions?

Don't use bleach spray. It will damage the fabric stains will be perminent. Use a detergent like washing up liquid diluted. This will kill bugs just as well.

The thickness of the table cloth is 0.27(±0.03) mm.

Q: Can is table cloth suitable for outdoor use?

It is a vinyl type of material so I don't see why you can't use it outside. However it could possibly bleach in the sun if left outside?

Q: Is this table cloth Phthalate substance free?

No idea. It is an not good quality. The plastic on the top started to flake after its first use. Couldn't be bothered to return as such an effort to do.
