I do love a scented air freshener, but sometime all you need is a deodorizer to really get the stink out of enclosed spaces. This Bamboo Activated Charcoal is what it claims to be. I put it in my shoe closet, my gym bag, and our guest room that's typically unoccupied and can sometimes smell like brand new carpet. After a couple of days, I noticed the air in my shoe closet and our guest room is less thick and just smells clean. My gym bag is a different story though. I might have to give it a couple more days for it to work harder. I like that it is reusable and rechargeable under the sun. I thought that was pretty neat! They come in a generous, decently sized bag.

This is a great deal for the price! You get 4 reusable charcoal air purifiers and they are actually pretty big! I put them to use in 4 different locations after having left them in the sun for a day to charge. The first was by a litter box that had been leaving a strong odor in the hallway it was kept in, within a week the scent had died down dramatically! Second location was in the playroom where my kids often spill things, noticeably better smell. Next was the kitchen which definitely smelt more fresh after a week, and finally was my husbands t-shirt drawer because he had been complaining of the shirts smelling musty, and the smell improved! The hooks are strong and work well for different places. I really love the fact that they are reusable!

I think these do work, tried it hanging from a clothes rack in the open in a small bedroom and it did help a little with scent that come in from the rest of the house. I KNOW it definitely dehumidifies because after a few days of having this up my eyes were dry and itching and my dogs eyes were watering so I had to take it down (probably because we live in a humid climate and are used to having the moisture). But it would be good to use temporarily once in a while or somewhere like a closet. Unfortunately I bought this to use inside a fabric covered ottoman that showed up with a strong chemical stench inside the storage area and it doesn't seem to work for this purpose but maybe the odor is just too engrained in the fabric for this type of product to make a difference. There is truly no scent or odor to this product whatsoever which is a good thing imo.

As described, and they work. I rent part of a double and my side unfortunately has carpet in 2 of the rooms and there is always a smell like a mildew or mold smell even though I’ve deep cleaned the carpet, added odor eaters but even that only lasts a day. I’ve had these for 4 days now and so far they are working. I even placed one in the front room of the house where the smells from outside tend to drift in from the ac. It is 90% better in that room alone. I also bought a rug to cover the furnace in the hallway and that had a rubber smell or chemical smell, I took one out of the bedroom and put it in there the smell from it was cut in half in a day and the next morning I didn’t and still haven’t smelled it since!It comes with instructions once a month put it outside in the sun for an hour to reactivate the charcoal, I will suggest you do this when you get them as well. They also come with little s hooks to hang them with so no worries there! As for a smell, I personally did not smell anything coming from them. In regards to size they remind me of bean bags and I would say they are no bigger than a sandwich bag. Each of them have a label on it letting you know what they are made from and what they do, if you don’t want to see that you can flip it over and hang it that way, I honestly don’t mind.

The carbon particles in this product are relatively small, and the adsorption will be better. My house had just been painted, and I left it for a day, and it almost didn't smell anymore. I always have one in my closet.

When we moved into our home a few months back, I had a closet that had a smell that I couldn't eliminate. We tried air fresheners and other things, but it always just had a funky smell. I put one of these bags in that closet and it smells like absolutely nothing!!I would suggest placing these in a window when you first get them to recharge them before you use them for the first time, but otherwise they are simple to use. I love that they come with metal 'S' hooks to hang them in the rooms. I placed one in 2 different bedrooms and one near the kitchen garbage can, all of which smell better.I would highly suggest these for any room that has a smell or routinely gets a smell.

I love these sachets! I did not want my closet or clothes to smell like lavender or any other air freshener. These sachets actually make the air in my closet smell fresh and clean. I noticed it the same day that I hung them up! We have a very large walk in closet with dirty laundry hampers and lots of shoes. I hung 4 sachets and they have worked so well! Highly recommend!

I have been using these for a few days now and feel the product is generally working as advertised and worth it. The only possible drawback so far would be that one has to totally dry it and expose it to bright sunshine for a few hours every two months or so. However, as these are organic and user-friendly items, I feel that's a small trade-off.
