This is the Pantry you're looking for!
Don't you hate when your apartment home doesn't have a pantry. I know I do. For years I just would found ways to store all my pantry items and it would take away from so much other space I could be using for other stuff. So I finally said it's time to just get a Pantry. I have to say I'm surprised at how good this pantry looks and how well it holds up! People keep talking about the size of the pantry in the reviews but It's perfect size for me and my living space. It holds up everything I need it to. I made sure to take pics before and after I stored the pantry. Just to give you an idea on how much it can hold. For the price this was a very great buy! I would recommend any and everyone to purchase this. I can see this being used in other storage ways other then for kitchen pantry items. I like that because when I move into a home with a pantry I can easily use this for something else for sure. I see it lasting a long time for me at least. I'm really loving this. Oh the only thing I can say if I had to say one bad thing is that you could see fingerprint smudges on the wood after putting it together. I polished the wood with Old English and it looked great then. I have to give it the full 5 stars.Oh and my boyfriend said this was very easy for him to put together. Had everything he needed. He said read the instructions carefully and you'll be fine. Hurry up and buy!!! Lol!

These came out pretty good, using in kitchen
I bought two of these to use in the kitchen. I have been using open storage systems but have recently had issues with mice so it's time to lock up all the goodies in case more critters come to visit!I'm 55 and not very strong but I put these together myself. The boxes are quite heavy, delivery left them at the gate. I needed help getting them up to the second floor where I live. Too heavy to carry so we opened the boxes and took out the pieces and carried them upstairs. I covered my dining room table with towels and sheets to protect it and used that to assemble the pantries. I have bad knees so working on the floor was not an option.Everything went pretty easily. 80% of the construction is just popping the correct hardware into the correct slots, fitting pieces together and tightening with a screwdriver. I assembled the units without doors and shelves the first day. Once the first one was finished and you knew what needed to be done the second one was finished in almost half the time. The next day I installed all the hardware on the doors and attached them. They came out okay, not perfectly straight. Both left-side top doors have a tiny gap at the top. I think if I had somebody stronger helping we might have gotten them straightened out better but I'm fine with how they came out.I don't love the backing as it's almost just like thick cardboard but it's in two pieces held together by tape. Not the greatest but if they had one solid piece they would have needed a bigger box, so I get it. I reinforced the back with some strong package tape I had. Also, you can't hammer the bottom of the top, cabinet backing because the bottom is on a solid piece, not particle board. They give you screws but no holes to screw them in. I just fudged it with more of my tape to hold it down. If it doesn't hold I can always have someone come and drill some holes for me. Be careful when nailing on the backing. The nails are tiny but if you go too close to the outer edge and the nail is crooked it will punch through the board. Made that mistake once or twice! Also if you go too far the other direction the nail will miss the edge of the unit and poke through on the inside.Overall they look good in the kitchen, and while the shelves are not real deep it's enough to store everything I need. Adjustable shelves are great so you can make one shelf tall for things like cereal boxes or just divide them however suits you best. The shelves can't hold more than 15 pounds but there really isn't enough room to stack a lot. I just split up the heavy stuff like canned goods so they aren't all on one shelf.I'm pretty happy with them. Cleaned up the kitchen nicely and two of them are plenty of extra storage for my outdated kitchen. Lots of room for my baking ingredients!

South Shore Storage Pantry.
I was skeptical after reading the reviews, (tons saying how hard it was to put together, pieces missing, pieces broken, tools needed that weren't provided) but my old pantry was a little worse for wear after years of abuse (moving 4 times since purchase and being one of the first things I'd put together with doors had taken it's toll.) so I decided to give it a try. The others that I was looking at that were local were $100 more and not quite what I wanted.I'm a 40yr old female, who has put together the majority of my own cabinets and bookshelves, so while it did take me about an hour and a half to put together, I feel it wouldn't have taken that long, had I not taken a couple breaks to move the items from my original pantry and taken a dinner break during that time. The packaging that it was sent in was difficult to get into, so have your scissors ready, that was really my only major hangup. You do need to have a hammer and a Phillips-head screwdriver. The instructions say you needed a square headed screwdriver as well, but my Phillips-head was sufficient. The instructions are illustrations instead of written, which works, and seems to be the norm now. The pieces probably could have benefited from having a sticker labeling them, but if you just look at the picture, it wasn't that difficult to figure out. After I had transferred everything, the new one, while easily 4" taller than my original pantry, wasn't as deep, which made putting some items away an adventure; but the item description listed the dimensions, so that was my err. I will most likely order a second one in the future for my boardgames.
