This table works great. It has very functional options such as height adjustments and several angle choices. It can be operated by a single person via pulling the handles. It does a great job decompressioning my back. Assembly is reasonable, but expect it to take some time. Very good value for the price!

This inversion table came very well packaged. All items were protected and neatly placed in the box. The parts, and even necessary tools, were vacuum sealed on a large piece of cardboard that was well labelled. The assembly instructions were clear and specific. They even cautioned to read completely before assembling, which was very helpful. Assembling the unit was straightforward. When complete, it was very sturdy and the operation was very smooth with my 200 lb frame. Overall I am very impressed by what I received, especially for what I paid for it.

It preforms exactly as expected, it is sturdy and well made. Setup and use are quick and easy.Assembly took about 45 minutes and is pretty straightforward as long as you follow the instructions. The only slight issue I have with the ankle holders. I found the reverse method to be much more comfortable with the rubber-foam round cushions on the outer pegs, grabbing the shin and top of the foot, instead of the way the instructions show, with the plastic cup cushions on the outer pegs. Also, it would be nice if the ankle clamp mechanism had finer a finer adjustment range. I feel it's either too tight or a little loose (Which is how I use it) but snug would probably feel better. If I wear thick or double socks it's just right, so no biggie.The results are amazing, I felt noticeable reduction in my back pain after the first minute of use and after a few treatments the pain was almost completely gone! I wish I bought it years ago...Overall, it is a great product, especially for the price.

This is my 2nd inversion table. My ex kept my old one that was about 15 years old. I love inversion tables. My back gets tight working out. I feel inches taller after using one and it pulls my back out and relieves pain. Great for posture. This one took my husband about an hour to put together without issue. I almost ordered heat and massage but I'm glad I did not. The short amount of time you're on one (60 seconds tops before a head rush) doesn't justify the heat or message options which are more $$ and would just add more things to break. This has an adjustable lumbar pillow and the ankles are well padded and better than my old one. You can adjust the clamp to have pillow rollers either on top or under your ankles. It clamps shut tightly. I did a LOT or review reading of many models before choosing. This is a well-made, solid table without unnecessary options.

Very easy to adjust to different heights, very sturdy and extremely easy to put together. My husband uses it on a daily basis and loves it.
