Sounds great and easy to install. Fits the front doors on a 2008 Toyota Highlander.I just had to cut a couple pieces off the original mounting bracket to have these fit, and then i soldered the connection. Otherwise and easy install. And it comes with 8 total screws and some wires.

These speakers look and sound fantastic!Excellent bass and clarity.Had to gently pry off the plastic bezel that's on the speaker to fit my install but was easily removed.Then they dropped right in and aligned perfectly.2005 Honda Accord rear dash.I will be buying JVC's matching door speakers now for sure!

They sound good for the price but much deeper that factory speakers in a Ram 1500 , they will fit with modifications

Great sound for budget speakers. Used these to replace blown door speakers in my RAM with Infinity sound system. The amp automatically blocks high frequencies so I was mot expecting any midrange. They actually soo produce some midrange fill. I was surprised. The bass hits hard at full volume limit. I do use sound deadening on the metal door panel behind the speakers. That may be why the bass is fuller. These feint into the existing frame without modification. Very pleased for my situation.

Even without an amp these were sounding really nice. With an amp, even better, I was now hearing so much high end and mids that my stock system badly lacked. With an amp the bass output is ok, but it's not going to be the same unless you add a sub. For a budget priced speaker JVC does not disappoint. They aren't Rockfords but are darn good for under forty bucks. You won't be sorry to get these especially if you are on a budget. Definitely an upgrade over stock. I did break off one of the speaker leads because it was so hard to plug into the Metra speaker adapter, more the fault of the tight Metra fitting but still be careful, you can only put so much pressure on the tiny speaker lead that is welded to the JVC. It still works, no issues, it's just that one speaker lead hangs a bit off the speaker. Not the fault of JVC just be careful with the leads if it's a tight fit, loosen your female end of the speaker plug a bit coming from your speaker wire and you'll be all set. A solid buy.

Good budget 6x9, but is only a 2 way. Has a central tweeter with a small circle of plastic to the side that I originally thought was a smaller tweeter, but is only made to look like it. Don't get me wrong, they sound great for the price, but lose a star for misleading/false advertising. Perfect for stock head unit, but anything but a small amplifier is going to be too much power. Build quality is also pretty poor, these are definitely the lightest, most unsubstantial 6x9's that I have seen, but that does make them easier to fit and install.
