Everything described was there. Everything works great. Lots of paper, and tools. The only issue and very well might be operator error, is that once you take things out from the oriental packing it is almost impossible to get everything back in the right way and close the carry case. Other than that, and that wasn't even an actual issue I would absolutely recommend buying this kit if you are starting out doing paper quilling. It has Everything you need

I teach crafts at a campground and got this kit and a few extra twirling tools. I used the battery powered tool to pre make some for the class. We all had fun and made some cool things.

Good quality

It was a decent place to start or explore. The box was flimsy and I couldn’t manage to Tetris everything back in after opening to make it close easily. That was mildly frustrating. I did end up buying a bigger storage container and just using this for smaller tools and paper scraps.I didn’t like that there weren’t instructions on how to use each of the tools or even a label for what they were, leaving me to go scout YouTube. Since it’s a beginners box, I would expect to find some sort of starter manual or shape guide.Overall it wasn’t bad for what I paid, I got a decent starter set to see if this was a craft I would like. In the future I would suggest adding a guide. I would also mostly recommend this as a cheap starter for anyone (adult or child) who is simply exploring and doesn’t want to sink a large amt of money into something they might lose interest in quickly.I’m investing in better tools and paper but I don’t regret starting here.

I purchased this for my 9 year old granddaughter because she enjoyed quilling with me. I wish I had this when I was starting out. Everything you need in a great carry case.

This is a pretty complete set. I am really enjoying how to learn quilling and the amazing art that comes from quilling. I cannot wait to see what I can learn the longer I do this.

This kit have everything you need to get started (except directions) there is no explanation of what the tools are or do but a quick internet search is all you need.The very first thing I ever made was the red flower attached in the photos in my reviews. Paper quilling looks hard but is actually really simple (surprisingly)This is a great kit for anyone needing the tools/ materials to get started

These kits were perfect for my granddaughters ages ,9 - 11 they live in a different state from me so getting a the perfect Easter Basket Ideas is not easy. This gift was a grand-slam! I had gotten each of them the kit and a different Quilling book. The tool box, makes it so easy for them to grab and go, when they go to each others houses, to quill together, and share their books. Best of all they send me pictures of their creations. I can not believe how good they are already. They have been making cards, x-mass ornaments and miniature fairy food. I am very very pleased with this product, I will be getting one for myself when they become available again.
