Dead on the money at A440
This here is the standard against which all tuning forks are judged. I checked it with a Korg tuner and it stands the needle straight up. It just don't get no better, folks.

I bought one before and then came back to buy four more. I own several guitars. I want to have a tuning fork and a chamois cloth for each guitar. These tuning forks are premium. The best I have found on the market at a reasonable price. They have a very long sustain, and are quite loud when applied to the soundboard of a fine guitar. I have found that I need to apply the tip end of the fork to a braced area such as where the shoulder meets the neck. The volume is a boon, once you get used to it, because of the sustain. If you do not know how to tune a guitar with a tuning fork and harmonics then you are probably missing out on the potential of your instrument. Electronic tuners cannot and do not compensate for the very exact differences in harmonic intervals that is observed by the ear. A cheaper tuning fork will bruise you and still not sustain, or maintain the integrity of the note.

Excellent
We bought two for a kids science project - one steel and one aluminum. Both were right on pitch at 440 Hz. Subjectively the steel has a prettier tone but the aluminum was louder. The project tested the effect of temperature on pitch - the results: the steel fork is less affected over a wider temperature range than the aluminum.

beautiful, weighty
beautiful, weighty, accurate. the blue does wear off a bit but that's fine. I love this and get a lot of compliments on it.

Right on 440!
The directions say to hit the middle of the tuning forks and hold to your ear, when you get it positioned just right it is loud. But I normally place the bottom on my guitar bridge, and that is why I gave it 4 stars, the bottom of the tuning fork is asymmetrical (not finished cleanly) and so it walks on the bridge making a secondary buzzing sound. I filed it flat and painted black and now it does not walk. As for the accuracy, on the guitar bridge it is 1-2 cents flat (probably due to the ebony wood slowing down the vibrations), but if I put the base on the face of the Boss TU-15 tuner it is right on 440! So holding it to my ear it will be 440 too. I tune my guitar using the D string, 7th fret harmonic (A), actually very easy to tune that way and I do not have a great ear for pitch.

Extremely quiet tuning fork
As others have pointed out, the fork does not have much volume. In fact out of the 5 A-440 tuning forks I have acquired over 40 years of playing music, it was by far the quietest one. So quiet it was unusable for me in tuning my acoustic guitars.
