No more awkward ACV rinses!
Bought this to do ACV rinses on my locs instead of having to awkwardly hover over a sink and it works great. Tossed it on the floor, filled it up, and let the magic happen.Pros:It was incredibly easy to inflate. The material is extremely sturdy. I was worried that hot water would warp or damage the plastic but it held its own lolEasy to clean. Pop it in the shower, a little soap and a hose down is all you need.Comfy. 1000x better than dong the sink hover or struggling to hop on the counter lol I like to place it on the floor for back support and throw a few towels at my neck to catch any spills.Cons:The hose attachment was bent in about 5 or 6 places from the way it was packed and I struggled to drain it after use so I ended up cutting it off. No biggie for me as I just dump the water in the tub when I’m done anyway. The neck support was awkward to use. I had to deflate it to get the nape of my neck submerged like I wanted but for what the product is intended for- I don’t think that would be an issue for most. The size is debatable. I have shoulder length/ thick locs and they fit comfortably inside for a rinse but for someone with mid back locs or longer- it may be a tight fit.

Works well
My husband ordered this for a bedbound patient at his work as a gift and so far he says it’s worked perfectly because they were always struggling to bathe him in bed.

This has saved my hair!
I have been bed ridden from a leg injury for the past 4 years and this has really saved my hair. I use it 3x a week and it does take getting use to. The more you use it the easier it becomes and you will find the best routine that works for you. I also use the Portable Shower Bedside Hanging EZ Shower 2.5 Gallon Water Supply (sold on amazon.com) There are a few things I have done to customize this. First of the hose is very short and does not drain well. I bought a regular garden hose and threaded the hose into the garden hose and tapped it with electrical tape so it will reach the large plastic storage bin/bucket on the floor. Before I did this I would have to stop and have my Husband empty the water in the sink about 4 times before I shampoo my hair and about 4 times to get the shampoo all rinsed out well. The sink does fill up fast because it does not lay flat. The weight of your head is going to make the back go up so all the water will fill up where your head and neck lies and it fills up so fast you barely have time to get all your hair wet. Using the hose keeps the water draining so you have more time getting your hair wet and rinsing out any soap. I also seems to be more comfortable and have more room when I don't inflate the tiny useless pillow section of the blow up sink. (That's what I call it) My next step will be to try and dye my hair using this. I have 2 and I know the hair dye is going to stain the material so I plan to use one just for when I want to dye my hair. I will update my review after I have tried this to let everyone know how it works. I'm sure there could be allot of improvements on this item, but before I discovered this I was hanging my head upside down off the side of my bed and my Hubby and Step Daughter were washing my hair over a bucket and using many cups of water and many trips to the bathroom sink. What use to take a hour, now only takes 15 minuets. Not to mention it was hell on my back hanging off the side of my bed upside down almost. You don't know how hopeless you feel until you can't do the most simple things you use to be able to do. I felt so nasty and gross not being able to wash my hair like I use to and having OCD on top of it made it awful for me. I would be lost without this. I didn't give it five stars because I think with some improvement on the minor flaws and it could be the best thing next to kittens and cotton candy!

Highly recommend for your bed bound loved ones
This thing has been a life saver. My mom is bed bound, and we have been having a time washing her hair. We had one of the inflatable basins, but it kept getting holes in it and we just got tired of fixing it. This basin though has held up great and is so much more convenient and easy to use.

This is OK.
This is OK a little hard to use because it slips out from under the person and hard to get the back of the hair. Not worth the money. Flimsy. To hard to work with spills water on the person from the sides.

Easy shampoo in a hospital or home bed.
A close relative is permanently in a hospital bed. Needless to say, her hair needs cleaning every two weeks. This pan works extremely well as she only needs to raise her hear about 6 inches to shampoo her hair. Fits well in the bed and does not leak or spill water easily. This is a perfect solution. It is highly recommended.
