We purchased this saw to replace a Bosch model we had been using. Our Bosch saw lasted every bit of ten years. When we purchased this saw we were initially impressed with how it cut. We run a custom foam cutting business and our saws see very heavy usage. After the sixth month mark using this saw it began to act as if it were having trouble getting through our thicker denser foams it had no problem cutting before. Now at eight months the saw has completely given up. I contacted the seller to inquire about a getting the saw repairs and got the reply "Our products sold on Amazon come with a 30 day warranty and we do not repair our units. You can purchase a used unit at a discounted price." This is not acceptable in my opinion. A company selling a product designed for and advertised for commercial use that doesn't repair their products? That's unheard of. I will not be purchasing another saw from this brand. Do yourself a favor. Spend the extra money and get the Bosch model. Not available on Amazon but can be found elsewhere online. Found my brand new one on Ebay.

Terrible product. Didn't even last a year, and at the price it should!
