I am not able to give a review of the product and its effectiveness because I experienced leg cramps one day after receiving the product, and I was very uncomfortable and desperate for relief, so I immediately asked my husband to open the package. He took a few minutes to read the packaging and instructions, and then he voiced concerns that I should not use the product until I discuss it with my Dr.I may not be able to use this product because I have complex medical issues and, so I will have to follow up with my medical Drs.At the moment I am stuck with the product and can only hope for the best.

Tried the foaming stuff, but didn’t seem to work. I take 3 droppers in about 1/4 cup iced tea before bedtime, and no more leg cramps. Since this works so well, and it’s organic, somebody will probably come up with supposed side effects in the future…. all I know is, it doesn’t seem to have any side affects, and it works! Nuff said.

there is a subjective side to all these possible interactions with our body... cramps are not something you can control and something you can predict... so, at the beginning it looked good, and then after some time, I had a couple of cramps... bummer.

UPDATE: I have changed my review to five stars because the seller contacted me and offered a refund without questions asked. Not only that but my husband has been using this product now for just a short week and his RLS has improved immensely! We will be purchasing this again in the future.This arrived in a broken box, and the bottle cap was filthy with some dust and lint, like it had been sitting on a shelf for months. Seal was untouched so we kept the product. I gave it 3 stars until we see if it addresses RLS. If it does I will raise this to four stars, and if not down to one. I posted to photos.

My leg cramps were so bad and almost every night they would wake me up. Of course my doctor prescribed a muscle relaxing pill. Than my friend told me about this it worked far better than the pills and without having tonic water every night.
