Q: Will the timer short circuit if it rains?

It poured here yesterday, and my timer did not short circuit. The plugs that are not being used have plastic covers, and the timer at the top is also covered to protect. I love this timer as it has 6 plugs and easily goes into the ground, and stays put. If you are concerned it will short circuit, you could always cover it with a plastic grocery bag and tie up so none of the plugs are timer are exposed.

Q: Can it be turned off and on manually from using the remote control?

Yes! This is a great product. I’ve had mine for over 6months. I have my outdoor fountain and string lights plugged into it. I can turn them on and off from My back door...over 20 feet away with the remote.

Q: I went to Century's website and couldn't find this timer. Where is the warranty information?
