The Geology of Australia
F**R
It greatly supplements what you are seeing should you go there.
It almost hurts that it has so much information. But it really explains why Australia is Geologically and Esthetically the way it is, which is greatly different to personal experience of North America, Europe and Japan. Since traveling there and around about 2/3rds of the country we got to see a lot of country which gave me reinforcement to what I was observing and suspected. Having traveled here this book gives lots to think about what we saw and has expanded my understanding of the parts seen and not seen to gain a more complete understanding. While there we accompanied an entire town to the memorial of Anzac Day, a commemoration of The Gallipoli campaign in WWI to remember all lost to all wars.
