I use it for LED light treatment facials. I apply the serums/lotions. I hang the unit from my bed post. Lay down under it and tent the unit w/a towel to my chest (protects my pets eyes, as well). Usually 20-40 min. sessions, wearing tanning goggles. **Set an alarm-------the light is VERY relaxing** I also derma roll sometimes, first. You will see improvement after first use. I am VERY pleased. You can find many viddies on Youtube on LED light treatment/facials as well as pain management (white LED). Some by DIYers like myself, others by aestheticians, one in particular, uses a panel just like this one. She had an electrician change it to a flashing light panel--no need to spend the $, though. Works well w/o the flashing. She is where I got the idea. A FRACTION OF THE COST OF TREATMENTS as well as the COST OF ANY UNIT MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR FACIALS. SAME results at your finger tips for pennies ON YOUR SCHEDUAL! Go for it!

Not good at all for flowering... My plant takes for ever to grow, and I have to literally keep the light 2 inches above my plant just for it to grow properly.

The LEDs were pretty much as expected - bright & would have been perfect....EXCEPT all 4 lights we purchased had 1 or more rows of non-functional LEDs and the housing was pretty cheap plastic. This product needs better quality control.

This is a goof little LED light. It works just fine for starting seedlings, and small plants, but nowhere near powerful enough to grow a plant to full fruition. The quality isn't bad though. No heat, or noise at all. Not a bad buy, as long as you're aware of what you're getting.

Idk if it works but I do know this does not burn your plants hopefully I'll write a different review as soon as it sprouts

Works, but it's super low power and if you use it to grow anything your plants will suffer from etiolation and die. My lettuce plants didn't look like lettuce, they got so stemmy and pathetic that they looked like vines. I put a small fluorescent light over the same seeds in the same system (different grow bed) and they grew nice big leaves. You get what you pay for, go with some florescent lights for a small system.

Work very well. Plug and use. I will buy more for young delicate plants. Lettuce, mint, radishes enjoy the light but still need to use florescent to get the lettuce crisp before eating. It is a different type of light that is very gentle and young small plants love it. Have lost no led lights and have been running non stop since I purchased them with no problems.
