Higher initial cost,much better value.
I am in the process of converting every vehicle we own to these Odyssey batteries. My Harley Electra Glide used a new battery every other year, and had since 2000..At $110 each it was just a cost of riding. The Odyssey was almost twice as much initially but hasn't required replacement in 8 years.Even better,it can be mounted upside down or sideways! This battery now powers my wife's UTV with floodlights front and rear and is half the size of the battery it replaced.Just be aware that it comes standard with threads recessed and you may need a terminal kit to use conventional battery terminals.

"91 BMW K100LT replacement battery
Just installed in '91 BMW K100. I'm an Electrical Engineer, and I HATE batteries, but this is one is amazing. No mess, no fuss. We'll see how robust it turns out to be. Claims of not having to charge it until it depletes to 12.00 Vdc, after up to a two (2) year storage, has me impressed! I had indications of ABS problems. One cause can be low battery voltage. Put this baby in, did a system reset, and good by ABS issues. I'm looking forward to a happy relationship from a battery for the first time. ( I must admit the Li-ion bat in the Makita is impressive as well.) Hopefully as more people buy into these great products the price will drop. Oh, BTW it's USA manufactured! And one more note: the battery comes labeled as PC925, although it IS a 925L. Having never seen a picture of the 'L' model, I surmised there was no 'L' labels made. The friendly and helpful CS rep. at Battery Mart guided me to the web-page where their pic was. I indeed have the correct unit.

Time tested, proven.
Bought my first Odyssey battery not because I heard they were awesome, but because I was forced to resize the battery tray on a custom bike I was building and needed an odd size that would fit my needs. That Odyssey battery lasted 9 trouble free years and I've gotten 6 years so far on the replacement. This latest purchase of the Odyssey PC925L has replaced the stock Harley battery in my 2011 FLHX. It did require the L bracket kit since it installs on it's side in this particular model, but I was fine with the extra nuts, bolts and lock washers to have another Odyssey battery in one of my motorcycles. Looking forward to many years of great performance and dependability with this battery.

Works great. Make sure you get the "L" brackets to ...
Being used as a second battery (accessories) in a RXR XC. Works great. Make sure you get the "L" brackets to make installation easier. I ordered mine after I started the install.

Comes with a ODS-AGM28 label
I guess they are the same but it would nice if they disclosed this.

Great, But Finicky
This battery is GREAT, except it needs special care. If charging with a battery charger, you should use a charger specifically designated to be able to charge this battery. It's easy to cook this battery. When it goes dead, it's gone. But because it can mount in any position, plus it's smaller than normal batteries, it works perfectly for my race car.

Great Battery
Put this battery (PC925L) in my 2011 Polaris Ranger. It fits right in . You have to place it on its side. No adapters are needed. I have a lot of lighting on my Ranger --but this thing has plenty of "juice" to take care of it. This is a very nice battery. Sealed --so no fuss--no muss. Forget the maintenance.
