As advertised and arrived on time.

These are really big, no idea why, so they are hard to swallow unless you break them in half. I usually break them over something because they can shatter and drop lots of little bits everywhere. They do the job, I have a bit more energy and my skin looks brighter.

5 months ago I turned 60. I thought that hair loss and hair damage was all in the process of getting older. Whilst I had that mind set, I went for my routine hair cut every 8 weeks and spoke to the young beautiful hairdresser about my mental battle with the dealing of hair loss and hair thinning. She asked me if I take any vitamins, which I don't, and she suggested I take a few others including vitamin c. she told me that, among other amazing things vitamin c supplements can do, it can also work to help support healthy hair growth and fight against hair thinning. This was such a surprise. as soon as I got home I ordered these tablets for a number fo reasons. They have an amazing high dose of 1000mg which I was looking for so they would help me straight away. Another thing is that they are very small. Being older, taking small tablets is amazing as they fit into my daily routine very easily. Since taking them along with some other helpful pills, my hair feels amazing. It feel thicker without using un natural things. With vitamin c being a natural helper, I feel like I'm not only helping my thoughts on my hair but also giving it the nourishment it needs to be thicker and fuller. Obviously it comes with other brilliant help benefits like a great immune booster and an all- round great supplement but I never quite knew it held the power of being able to help my hair. Just one small capsule a day and I feel so much happier with in my self and my confidence is at an all time high. As girls, and guys, know, as you get older it can be quite hard to stay confident. I honestly feel fabulous and will continue to take the absolutely brilliant vitamins. 5/5 would recommend! Just one more thing to add, I went for my hair appointment yesterday and my hairdresser noticed my hair change. She asked if I have been taking vitamin c and I said yes, she said it shows!
