International Certificate of Vaccination with Vinyl Cover

Love this product I placed my daughters immunization card in here along with her insurance card so I wont lose it & it wont get damaged when I take it to the doctors office for appointments.

Hard to find item and exactly as advertised here. If you need international shot records, this is it. I bought two of them. Would buy this again.

I liked the product, but I found its over priced.

All of your vaccine / shot medical history easily stored in one location. For anyone that does a lot of travel, especially international, this is a must.

Good card and sleeve! I'm grateful to have this, both because I filled my first vaccine card (a doctor wrote really big, so it took up too much space lol) and because my first card didn't have a sleeve!The only issue is that the sticker on the sleeve does *not* come off.It seems like one of the standard stickers on amazon stuff, so help warehouse sorting staff identify products, so I get it.I think I'll put a fun / quirky sticker over it if I can find one big enough.Anything that would help remove the adhesive might cloud or weaken the sleeve, so I won't bother.It's fine for me, but the sleeve is much larger than the yellow card itself - kind of like in the product picture.It might be too large to fit into a passport holder or other bags / pouches for travel documents.I'm no world traveler - just a little OCD about my stuff - so it doesn't stress me personally.It was weirdly difficult to find a second Yellow Card online!This was the only one I knew for sure was not a scam *and* not terribly overpriced.If you want to play it safe, go to the government page instead and order a 25 pack, then share with friends.
