I take 4 pills a day, two in lunch and two with dinner a day and do not upset my stomach. I will continue taking it for a long time. It keeps my stomach from getting bad bacteria.

Unlike the Alycin hard tablets Vitamin Shoppe quit making, these soft capsules emanate strong garlic aftertaste after being swallowed and can be countered by taking on a full stomach with lots of liquids. Very effective health wise, but not timely for imminent social gatherings.

Consumer lab an dependent testing lab, rated this particular garlic supplement by far the most potent garlic supplement on the market of those they tested . I'm giving it a try to see if it lowers blood pressure , cholesterol, and heart disease as some studies show. The capsules are of moderate size and easy to swallow. I haven't noticed any aftertaste. I guess the real story is if garlic is beneficial or not to your health. Some say yes and some say no. I guess I will find out.Update.I just got bloodwork and my overall cholesterol fell by over 10 points and I've been taking this garlic for over 60 days. My Ldl fell too by 7 points.. I think this supplement had a small but noticeable effect.

I use Life Extension products because I trust the company, and their products usually work well for me. Unfortunately, this one is an exception. It leaves me feeling sick, with nausea and a desire to vomit. The mild odor of garlic on the breath exacerbates the situation. I tried to get a refund but Amazon said to contact the manufacturer. Subsequently, Life Extension provided a polite, quick and professional response, which essentially said 'no dice, please contact the seller'. So, it's a write-off. All in all, I'm giving it 3 stars since it's not Life Extension fault if this particular product didn't work for me.

These are not odorless but from my research that process reducing the benefits so these are a great choice.
