I decided to purchase this item because of some joint pain, brittle nails, and because at 70 years of age, I would like feel as good as possible. I have used this product for about a month, and have observed improvement in my finger joints, which were the primary source of stiffness. I tried using the crystals in a glass of water, but later decided to try them directly in my mouth followed by a glass of water.
