Q: Is this all that you need for installing ?

yes. this kit included everything you need, keep in mind, it is 2.5 inches counting in a steel bumper and a winch . mine went up almost 3.75 inches up front because i still have stock bumpers.

Q: Do I need to install bump stops with this kit?

If you are planning to use your Jeep for xtreme offroad them you will need to install bump stops. There are not included on this kit

Q: I’m buying a 2.5 inch suspension lift kit with coils is there anything else that I might need for my lift install

It depends on what kit you’re buying. Some kits come with less than others.

Q: Do you need a new steering stabilizer shock with 2.5 moto lift?

no, unless you are running larger tires, especially 20 inch wheels(heavy load range and wears the suspension out quick). stabilizers are for those that are running really large tires or hiding mechanical issues like "death wobble"
