I purchased 2 of these cables and had issues with 1. I returned it and replacement did the same thing. Found out the poor picture quality was NOT the cables but my nes 72 pin connector. These cables are super good and well worth the extra few bucks over others on line. Extremely well built and far superior to the original cables. Will but a 3rd for my other crt for sure. Old non HD crt picture looks crystal clear. Not a big tech guy, but one of the best picture quality cables from my few hours of research on youtube and websites. I have no issues or problems. Review: Really Awesome on my NES - If you have tried numerous solutions for your NES to HDMI, look no further, pair these cords with an Insignia RCA to HDMI Adapter from BB and you won't be disappointed. I paired mine with a Samsung Q7A TV and had amazing results! Even when compared to FPGA consoles like RetroUSB AVS (720p) surprisingly. Great picture, sound, and no lag, just awesome. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07JVFWRD9 | | Best Sellers Rank | #346,697 in Electronics ( See Top 100 in Electronics ) #2,721 in RCA Cables | | Brand | Octosen | | Brand Name | Octosen | | Cable Type | Composite | | Color | Gold | | Compatible Devices | Projector, Television | | Compatible Phone Models | No Compatible Phone Models | | Connector Gender | Male-to-Male | | Connector Type | RCA | | Customer Package Type | Standard Packaging | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 234 Reviews | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Indoor | | Item Shape | Round | | Item Weight | 12.32 ounces | | Manufacturer | CST | | Maximum Voltage | 5 volts | | Model | 8541744316 | | Model Name | 8541744316 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pins | 4 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Gold | | Part Number | GuangDa | | Recommended Uses For Product | Connecting and improving audio-video experience on modern televisions for classic NES games | | Special Feature | Gold | | UPC | 815859018287 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Octosen - **Cable Type:** Composite - **Compatible Devices:** NES, Nintendo System - **Connector Type:** RCA - **Special Feature:** Gold-Plated ## Images ![NES 24K Gold-Plated AV Cable Simulated Stereo Audio Video Cord for Original Nintendo System Replaces RF Switch - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61bwKvpy0jL.jpg) ![NES 24K Gold-Plated AV Cable Simulated Stereo Audio Video Cord for Original Nintendo System Replaces RF Switch - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/6103W-DWglL.jpg) ![NES 24K Gold-Plated AV Cable Simulated Stereo Audio Video Cord for Original Nintendo System Replaces RF Switch - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/610tme8FxsL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great cables. *by O***Z on September 13, 2022* So I deleted my old review because it was wrong. I paired mine with a Samsung Q7A TV and had amazing results! Even when compared to FPGA consoles like RetroUSB AVS (720p) surprisingly. Great picture, sound, and no lag, just awesome. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing with a RetroTINK *by A***A on September 28, 2020* I wanted the best a/v quality from my original NES and this cable actually delivered. I am a streamer and wanted the best from my unmodified NES. The RetroTINK helps to adapt 240p content from retro consoles into 480p over HDMI. I thought the cable was going to be excessive but I ended up with fantastic image quality (within the limitations of Composite Video) and sound. A great cable! ## Frequently Bought Together - NES 24K Gold-Plated AV Cable Simulated Stereo Audio Video Cord Nintendo System - ABLEWE RCA to HDMI,AV to HDMI Converter, 1080P Mini RCA Composite CVBS Video Audio Converter Adapter Supporting PAL/NTSC for TV/PC/ PS3/ STB/Xbox VHS/VCR/Blue-Ray DVD Players - AV Cable Composite Video Cord Compatible with Nintendo 64/N64/GameCube/Super Nintendo SNES TV Game(6 Feet) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/99764977-nes-24k-gold-plated-av-cable-simulated-stereo-audio-video](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/99764977-nes-24k-gold-plated-av-cable-simulated-stereo-audio-video) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
