However, the 4 holes has to have the correct diameter for the flex rods (8mm or 5/16") and be spaced roughly correct (~120 deg (long sides) and ~60 deg (narrow sides)) for this skinny softbox. **Q: Does this include an inner diffusion panel as well as the outer diffuser?** A: Yes Two white interior diffusions, a black honeycomb grid **Q: Is the grid removable?** A: yes. it is removable. 2 layers of diffusers also removable. hence you can get multiple options for lighting contrast **Q: Is this 2 strip boxes? Does it fold down like an umbrella for storage/location? Is the speedring removable for adapting to buff lights later?** A: yes it is 2 Strip boxes. No it does not fold down like an umbrella, it has to be disassembled. Already bent one of the metal spines - yet they seem quite strong nonetheless. The rest of the construction seems quality too. From the knitting, to the velcro. Only time will tell otherwise. Fits standard Bowens mounts fine, and can rotate while mounted. The carrying bag is helpful. The inner diffuser is kind of hard to attach so you either leave it on or off.
