I need to keep my diet organic, free of grains and very selective with dairy. When I was raising my family, I didn't worry about what we were eating, as long as it tasted good. Those days are long over but my desire for good food remains. I don't turn to this book for savory recipes; most of what I make I create on my own. Any good cook will do the same. But, baking is different! There is chemistry involved. And, my old recipes simply aren't healthy.Thankfully, I can turn to this book and know that my time, money and efforts will not be wasted. I am very thankful for everything that went into the creation of this book! I can't eat sweets very often, which means I rarely bake anymore. So, when I do, it is still very special, just in a different way. And, I still have that high bar set for myself. I could go on but, hopefully this makes sense and you can relate in some way.I now can, by using these recipes, still take part in real life activities, reputation intact.
