I don't know about you, but when I've had similar balls without a base, they just roll all over the house, and frequently sneak up on you so that you can trip over them. The base is very easy to put together--it just snaps together.The ball is also very easy to inflate. I gave a little groan when I took it out of the package, but it comes with a pump and with two pins (in case you lose one). It literally took me under three minutes to inflate the ball.Apparently I got the wrong size. There's a guide in the box--if you're under 4' 8" tall, 48cm, 4'8" to 5'3" inches you need a 55cm ball, 5'3" to 6', a 65cm ball and if you're over 6 feet, 75cm. You're supposed to be able to sit on it with your thighs parallel to the floor. I got a 55cm one and should have gotten the 65cm, but it's okay. I can still do lots of exercises with it. Speaking of exercises, it also comes with a little book of exercises to try.Also in the box is a nice little card, saying if you're not happy for any reason to email them and they will fix it. On the other side of the card is an offer for a free jump rope! Nice surprise, and it makes this an even better deal than it was already.Very happy with my purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Happy with purchase *by B***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 12, 2018* Really happy with my purchase. I pumped the ball 80% on the first day as recommended in the manual then I did not use for 24 hours. The following day I pumped it all the way, but it didn't look fully pumped to me so I e-mailed Incline Fit at Support@InclineFit.com. They told me to keep pumping until it gets to the recommended diameter. I was a little hesitant to keep pumping because the ball already felt hard, but I took the advice of the lovely customer service representative and it worked to my benefit. The ball did turn out to be the perfect size after all.Really happy it came with a workout guide that I can use to help me with workouts. It deflates easily and the pump worked well enough. I'm happy with the purchase, but I'm even happier knowing that if something did go wrong Incline Fit's customer service would have been there to help me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Why doesn’t every ball come with a base? *by A***X on Reviewed in the United States on September 21, 2018* I use the ball base on carpet and it helps me keep the ball stable when I’m using it as a chair or during workouts. I definitely would recommend not using it on hardwood floor as you can easily slip. I use it on a 55 cm ball and it works. I can definitely see how a much bigger ball would fit in here too. Assembling the base took me less than a minute. I could have done it with my eyes closed. I can’t believe there are top-selling balls that do not include a base that sell for more money than this ball and base. It makes no sense. The value here is great. I just wish they offered more colors.My favorite part is that my ball doesn’t roll around and get stuck to things (and sometimes peel off paint) anymore. The main purpose of getting the base with the ball for me was so that I can park the ball when I’m not using it. Before I had peeled it off of my coffee table or wall and sometimes the paint comes with it. Thankfully I won’t have that problem anymore.The ball feels like it has a thick skin and is anti-burst.
