A: It doesn't give a percentage. The ingredients in order are Hudson Valley salt, Sesame seeds, dried onion and garlic, poppy seed, and chili flakes. Given that salt is mentioned first, I do not think it has a salty taste. I enjoy this seasoning very much. And will be a repeat buyer. You won't be disappointed.

A: It’s plastic.  Normally there are two openings.  One with small round openings and one with large round openings.  This one has only small openings…. What a pain in the butt!

I had never had any version of "Everything Bagel Seasoning" but I had heard all about it of course. I tried this and loved it so I then I had to try the competition. This is way better. The flavors are amazing and the tiny little bit of spice just makes it perfect. Not too spicy though. I have this on avocado toast almost every day! It is amazing! I also love that the top is a flip top lid - so much better than a screw on and off. Try it - you will love it!
