**Q: How do you wire these? 2 side, 2 front, one on top. Assuming top terminal is the switch? Thanks**
A: The ones on the sides are your positive connection. One of the sides connects to battery, the other side connects to object being powered. The bottom poles are negative(ground) connections. Small terminal is used to activate magnetic coil inside solenoid, creating connection between battery and item being powered.

A: Yes they are, we have an x9 and they were a direct replacement.

A: What kind of winch do you have? I installed two of these solenoids on my Ramsey RE12000 and it's 12000 LBS.
