I no longer need the QR clamp to move the seat up & down during my rides. Also, hopefully, this will make it a bit harder for someone looking to get a free dropper post.First off, the clamp looks great. Made in USA. The edges are clean, precise & the finish along w/the logo look awesome.I’m not a “weight weenie”, but for those who are or who are just interested, the 31.8/32mm clamp weighed in at 18g. The stock QR clamp that I removed weighed 52g. I was pretty surprised at the weight difference (on the scale not the trail).The clamp works well & was easy to install. The clamp has a lip on the top edge that rest on the top of the tube, slide in your seat post & then tighten the clamp down. That’s it. I’ve ridden every day for a week, double track, single track & downhill, no slipping, rotation or any other issues w/the clamp.Overall I’m very happy w/the Wolf Tooth Seatpost Clamp. If you’re looking for a new clamp, I can recommend this one.
