It feels nice when squished. It immediately takes it shale after squeezing. It's not slow rising at all. This compounds when you cut it down. Smaller pieces almost feel hollow when squeezng them. I would say for a cushion for something it may be ok. It is soft but isnt as dense as the memory foam you see in mattress toppers at all.
