It failed in January 2019 – desertcart didn’t care. I decided to get the Alldocube M5S which also recently failed. The Alldocube staff cared a lot – unlike other providers they didn’t tell me to power up / power down / try it outside where the lights better / take out the battery and pirouette three times / etc. They said send it back and we’ll replace it. They did. Service that adds value to the product. But to the machine – it’s a budget tablet. As such it should be evaluated based on what it is. You can see the plus and minuses in the other reviews here. On the minus side – battery life is low, glass needs to be protected or she’ll scratch, takes a long to charge, on the home screen the top row don’t let ya put stuff, and the screen isn’t very bright. On the plus side Android 8.0 release is well ahead of other budget tabs, 3 GB RAM and 32 GB Flash mem gives a bunch of power, NO BLOAT INCLUDED, Play Store isn’t blocked, supports a T-Mobile SIM card for cell service. Way better product than I expected. ### ⭐ Unhelpful support *by T***P on December 10, 2021* I was having an issue with the screen calibration and the support website said there was a firmware update to fix it. Bricked the device because the firmware they have for download isn't actually for that model. Emailed back-and-forth with support for a while, but they weren't understanding what I was trying to tell them. (language/translation barrier possibly?) I would love it if they could swap the one I have for one with the updated firmware that would have corrected my issue already installed.
