It really does keep the rain out! ### ⭐⭐⭐ QC issue + rather stiff fabric *by P***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 June 2020* This poncho would have been fine except that one of the hook and loop fastenings was wrongly sewn and was a loop and loop that obviously wouldn't fasten. It's a small mistake that I could have fastened, but I do expect better QC for the price paid - hence returned as faulty.The material, though lightweight seems quite stiff and should be waterproof but I didn't get to test this before returning it. The size is ok, though not 'generous' and this is apparent when used over a rucksack. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ As advertised *by G***H on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 December 2019* Bought to wear on mobility scooter to keep legs dry.
