A: It doesn’t say exactly it just says proprietary blend type one collagen 500 MG’s

**Q: Will it help if I have a torn acl?**
A: It might.  It’s not a miracle cure.  I find it helps more towards the end of healing.  When you start to become more active and use the damaged limb.

**Q: are the capsules easy to swollow?**
A: Yes,it is smallsize.
