I had to use the old one and I found nothing on the internet explaining how to swap it over to the new one. The plastic fitting it's attached to pops off but it took some force and I worried it might break. The new actuator did not line up exactly right with the screw holes when installng and I'm afraid is under pressure. I guess time will tell if it will hold up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked great, keep old side seal *by H***Y on Reviewed in the United States on December 20, 2019* Product worked great. Not the easiest to tear a car door apart but once done, the actuator went in just fine. You will need to keep the plastic side seal from the old unit and move to the new as it isn’t included but it transferred easily enough.
