Small enough for my purse and covers just about every item you can think of. I would have loved it even more if it had given sodium counts since I also have a heart problem. And I really didn't need all the snack, cracker, cookie. items listed because it is posted on their packaging. But always better to have more than what you need than less so I am still very pleased. Plus it is 2019 ! So many of the other books were ten or 15 years out of date, especially on restaurants which are always changing their ingredients.
