The unit would not return to the dock and I reported it to the seller who told me i had to go to the manufacturer which I thought odd but tried anyway. The manufacturer told me I had to get the seller to deal with it. The seller would not respond to me, after all I didn't want a refund , I simply wanted a working replacement .After several attempts and no response from the seller I then raised a case with Amazon and was eventually refunded via their claim process. It can get stuck if you don't move obstacles first. Minor gripe: our old Roomba, which we've had for eight years, which is great, had a carrying handle. This new one doesn't.
